The Behavioural Sciences Centre (BSC) helps clients in Thunder Bay and across Northwestern Ontario in two distinct areas: counselling and assessments. Through our EFAP, BSC provides Counselling Services, helping eligible employees find that important work/life balance. BSC is truly local, travelling throughout Northwestern Ontario on a scheduled basis to meet clients face-to-face outside of Thunder Bay. BSC is also on-call for Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD). Good decision making requires reliable Assessment Services. OMG!!!! I have been on hold for 1 hour, then my call is dropped a busy signal. I had to phone again, now I am still on hold! 1 hour and a half later!! What is going on with reception? When I am there for an appointment, the receptionists are sitting and talking to each other, nobody is on the phone, there are like 8 people in the waiting area. I don't understand WHY nobody is answering the phone. Are we being answered in order? if so, how long does it take to book an appointment and move on to the next phone call? Pretty simple, you cant be THAT busy! Answer the dam phones! This is so unacceptable for a clinic. I am still on hold as I am writing this review, and it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! So much for "your call is important please stay on the line". People have lives, I have things to do, I can't be waiting on the phone for 2 hours to change an appointment. I can't believe this. if there were zero stars I would choose that, but I can't.
