Acupuncture is a key part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a system of treatment that has been effectively used to treat many health conditions over the past 4000 years. Acupuncture involves the placement of needles in specific points on the patient’s body, corresponding with the health concerns being addressed. Opening Hours Monday: 1 - 5 Wednesday: 3:30 - 7 Thursday: 4 - 8 Friday: 9:30 - 1 Last appointment 1 hour before closing The medical grade needles used in acupuncture are thin, strong, and sterile. Although the majority of patients do not experience pain when acupuncture needles are inserted, mild sensations may be felt depending on the patient and the acupuncture points targeted in each treatment. These sensations could include a dull ache, momentary stinging, burning, or tickling.
