I am a Pain Management Specialist. I provide care to people suffering from chronic pain. Using a biopsychosocial approach I help assist people to best manage their chronic pain symptoms. With the biopsychosocial approach a person's illness is addressed from a biological, psychological and social perspective. Education and self-management techniques are equally important as medical management of symptoms. I use the most current evidence and medical literature to provide the best available management for chronic pain conditions. I am trained to assess, diagnosis and provide treatment for all chronic pain conditions. My areas of interest include: axial spine pain, complex regional pain syndrome, whiplash-associated disorders, chronic facial pain and cervicogenic headache.
