Helen is a graduate of The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is also employed at a multi-disciplinary office in Waterloo. Helen treats clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. She employs a variety of massage techniques in her treatments including myofascial and trigger point release, deep tissue massage as well as lymph drainage to assist her clients with decreasing pain, discomfort and swelling to achieve a better state of health. Helen leads an active lifestyle and enjoys biking, camping, hiking, cross-country skiing and travelling with her husband and two dogs Peppy and Lily. GIFT CERTIFICATES available!
