Colin and Hillary are the duo behind CrossFit Steinbach. They like to lift heavy stuff. At various points in his life, Colin has been a duathlete, runner, climber, badminton player, CrossFitter, and environmental chemist. At various points past and present, Hillary has been a downhill skier, show jumper, runner, rower, climber, CrossFitter, and medical doctor. They have both been doing CrossFit now for over 4 years, although Colin likes to think he did some form of CrossFit for a year and a half in his basement prior to starting at CrossFit Winnipeg.
