Ian Gollert received his Bachelors degree from the University of Guelph in 1993, and following a year of post graduate study, began work in the financial services industry. He trained with MetLife and went on to work with CIBC. In 1997, Ian became an independent financial advisor, and joined his father Mac in forming Gollert Financial Services. Ian is an active member of Niagara Falls Big Brothers Big Sisters and is Past President of the Board of Directors. Ian resides in Niagara Falls with his wife Janet, and their son Davis.
