Our specialty, Smoked Pork Loin imported from Saskatchewan, is a delicious lean, thick smoked bone-in chop served with our homemade hot wine sauerkraut that melts in your mouth and is a major hit at every event we serve it at. Our AAA 6oz Ground Chuck Angus Alberta Beef Burgers are touted as “The best burger I have ever had”. Everyone loves our Organic Spring Mix Salad with pecans, oranges and sweet red onions served with our famous “Jacqueline’s Almost Better Than Sex Dressing”. Our Homemade Baked Beans with their delicate sweet, smoky flavor compliment every menu and have ‘Bean Connoisseurs’ constantly begging for more at every event. Portions are huge to ensure your guests are completely satisfied. “Hot” foods are kept and served hot by using chafing dishes. “Cold” foods are kept and served cold using proper ice tubs. All our foods are served buffet style. We do all this with our 45 foot long mobile on-site BBQ Rig. Your event will be a big hit with your guests, our “World Famous” (ok...a slight exaggeration) signature Pink Pig BBQ attracts plenty of attention and affords your guest numerous photo opportunities.
