Fun If the program is fun, kids will look forward to arriving at the gym. Those who want to get to gym will have good attendance. Fitness Taiso gymnasts are amongst the most fit children in the city. Fitness benefits can be life-long, but to make fitness gains, regular attendance is essential. High repetitions of activities like swinging, springing and climbing are needed to improve physical, motor, and psychological attributes: Physical attributes flexibility strength power Motor attributes balance spatial awareness coordination agility Psychological attributes confidence enthusiasm Fundamentals Gymnastics is elemental to all other sports and physical activities.
