We signed on with Stanley Security for a 61-month contract, effective May 23, 2019. We have not signed on for security service with Micro-Securi-t, notifying them in writing that the afore-mentioned contract obligation had terminated, effective June, 23, 2024. Microtec never acknowledged receipt of our correspondence. Telephone calls were never answered. There was an "understanding" that Microtec would cease billing July 29, 2024. Microtec billed us August 28, 2024, with a follow up letter that stipulated that our monthly billing would increase.
The afore-mentioned has caused my wife and I a lot of grief, as we have signed up with another company to provide security services. Double-billing is a bit of a hardship.
