Gold Team Management Services began operation in 1979 and has been in business under the same management ever since. While most property management companies in Vancouver specialize in strata complexes or commercial properties, Gold Team is solely devoted to managing individually owned residential rental properties. Additionally, in the course of business, all funds are placed into trust accounts and our books are audited annually by the Provincial Government. An A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Aside from being an insured, bonded, and licensed company, we are accredited and rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Nothing that we do is cookie cutter. Our proprietary systems and procedures are specifically oriented to the needs of individual property owners. As a fail-safe, we have staff on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
