Founded in 1958, the Driving Schools Association of Québec (DSAQ) is the largest group of owners of driving schools in Quebec with 70% of them. The DSAQ helps members profit based on the ability to mass purchase goods and services at a discount. It has a mission of representing and defending the interest of its members. The association encourages dialogue with public officials and policy makers in instances where their input is valuable. The Association acts and reacts to the evolution of the driving education industry in Quebec. With changing laws and diverse road rules, the industry needs an influential voice representing enterprises associated with driver education. The DSAQ believes in cultivating its social responsibility in listening and attending to needs of these driving school owners by helping standardize the way in which their services are delivered.
