WaterMark Consulting Ltd. was established in 2003 by Bill Jealous and David Tratch. Together they have over 30 years in the engineering consulting industry. In the first 9 years of operation, WaterMark Consulting Ltd. successfully completed over 250 investigations for the municipal, industrial, agri-business, mining, and First Nations markets within both private and public sectors. Today, WaterMark continues to serve its clients and looks forward to serving them for years to come. Bill Jealous, B., P., P. Mr. Jealous has 30 years’ work experience in geological and hydrogeological investigations. He graduated from the University of Regina in 1980 with a B. in geology. Between 1980 and 1987, Bill was employed within the mining industry. He has been working within the consulting industry since 1987. Bill has worked extensively in the groundwater industry providing groundwater exploration, water well design, testing, and analysis and well licensing services to industrial, municipal and agricultural clients. Jealous brings a broad experience in hydrogeological engineering and a pragmatic approach toward client service and project engineering to the firm. David Tratch, M., P. Mr. Tratch has over 20 years work experience in the consulting industry in Saskatchewan. He obtained his B. in Civil Engineering and M. in GeoEnvironmental Engineering degrees in 1992 and 1995, respectively. He has been working in the consulting industry since 1992, gaining professional experience within the disciplines of hydrogeologic, environmental and geotechnical engineering. Tratch has strengths in interpretation and understanding of complex hydrogeologic systems; particularly in the application of computer based programs to simulate these systems. David also has extensive project management experience ranging from practical through to research level engineering within the industrial, municipal, and agri-business sectors.
