The Kings Way LifeCare Alliance is an outreach of Kings Way Assembly Church located in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. The Alliance provides integrated leadership and governance for the charitable, non-profit organizations, Kings Way Care Centre (a 75 bed level three care home located in Quispamsis), Kennebec Manor (a 70 bed level three care home located in Millidgeville), the Kings Way Supportive Living organization, and the Kings Way LifeCare Alliance Foundation (which provides financial support to both homes). The Alliance also provides management services to a 20 unit apartment complex in Millidgeville. The Alliance is committed to the pursuit of excellence in care and achieving the highest quality of life outcomes for the individuals we serve. Grounded in Christian beliefs and motivated by a Christ-like concern for the needs of people, the Alliance embraces the values that support the National Framework on Aging (security, independence, dignity, participation and fairness) as well as the provincial long term care strategy (dignity and respect, independence, supportive, efficient and quality services).
