In a short introductory meeting, we will work with you to determine what parts of your accounting cycle need our help, and what portion you would like to maintain. We can include support for Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Inventory, Job Costing, Remittances for HST, Financial Statements and more. If you are not sure what you need, we will work with you to determine the most affordable solution to your highest priorities. We do not charge by the hour! We operate on flexible monthly fees where clients are only charged based on the number of transactions they send to us, not by the number of hours the bookkeeper works for them. Monthly fees are determined by your business volume, which allows you to keep costs lower in low volume times.

Audit can be such an intimidating word, when in actual fact it is only "an official examination and verification of financial accounts and records". Relax, if you have a great bookkeeper, and audit will be easy! OK, what if you're not sure you have a great bookkeeper...well then you had better find out. We offer audit services ranging from a small period examinations through to entire decades of transactions. Do you want to just check on the books? If so, we can provide an audit of a couple of random months just to make you more comfortable. Do you maybe have specific concerns? We can address those as well. Small Business Tax Returns are prepared, Efiled & a copy provided to you for just $45 each if there is no bookkeeping required. If you maintain your own bookkeeping, we can provide you with an easy form to complete which ensures you get that $45 rate. If you need a little bookkeeping help, we're here for you too.

Personal Tax Returns are prepared, Efiled and a copy provided to you for just $35 each. We do not charge for extra slips and the HST is included in that cost. That's right - JUST $35! There is no fine print, and no exceptions - you can ask the hundreds of clients who filed with us last year. Want a Deal? In addition to our low rates, we also offer a $5 discount for every person you refer to us who then has their taxes prepared by us. There is no limit to the number of referrals you send us, even if it means never paying to file taxes again!
