We want your cat to feel safe and comfortable in our overnight care. At Jet Pet we strive to provide a welcoming environment, so they’ll have peace and you can have peace of mind. Each of our cat hotel’s private suite options comes with an all-access pass to the Cat Lounge for mingling and play time with plenty of scratch posts, toys, and games. Our qualified staff are there to provide one-on-one pet care as well. If your cat enjoys grooming, please bring a favourite brush or comb so we can continue their routine. Each cat is fed separately, and at their own pace to ensure their time with us is as relaxing as possible.

Jet Pet offers full grooming services in our dog spa for all breeds and coat types. Our certified, professional pet stylists customize each grooming to suit the unique needs, appearance, and personality of your pup. We use all-natural, hypoallergenic products in our Jet Pet dog spa. Good for your dog, good for the environment; our 100% biodegradable shampoos and conditioners are free from parabens, sulphates, mineral and castor oils. They contain no harmful chemicals, dyes, artificial colours, or synthetic fragrances for the pawfect grooming.

Dog Training That Works For You Both! Our dog and puppy training classes are positive and force-free, based on the most up-to-date dog behaviour science and research. Classes are taught by professional dog trainers who ensure that classes are fun, interactive and effective! Training should be something you do with your dog, not to your dog. In fact, we welcome the idea of whole family involvement for the most positive results at home. Our classes are designed to help you raise a happy, friendly family dog.

Socialization is a key aspect to your dog’s health and happiness, and at Jet Pet, they will have plenty of play time under the care of trained staff for a safe and fun experience. Dogs are selected to daycare areas based on their size, temperament, and play style, so that the best possible experience can be enjoyed by all of our guests. Our staff is also on hand for one-on-one play time and loving attention. Drop-in daycare is available when space permits. Please note: an appointment is required for all first-time guests.
