In vulnerable moments, we reach out to our partners for support. When we don’t feel heard, we feel distressed and either pursue or withdraw from our partners. In our sessions, partners will learn to tune-in to each others’ needs and foster a sense of connection.

My clients tend to describe their counselling experience with me as insightful and healing. I am passionate about working with people to help them discover their own path to self-transformation. I support clients to manage their anxiety, depression, substance abuse, work place stressors, parenting concerns, and relationship issues.
