Standard Services - Snow clearing takes place after each snowfall ends where the accumulation exceeds 2 cm (1 inch). - Snow is typically cleared within 12 hours of snowfall end but guaranteed to be cleared within 24 hours of snowfall end. - Snow clearing includes walkways, driveways and any other walking paths specified by the customer at the start of the contract. - Walkways and driveways will be cleared to their edges and to the pavement except where vehicle and pedestrian traffic have compacted snow.
