We use 4140 and 4145 heat treated alloy steel and can accomodate Incalloy and Monell custom orders as well. We have a large inventory of alloy steel blanks and are able to manufacture with short lead times. All our subs come with Serial Numbers and connection sizes stamped for easy identification. On request we can customize subs with slip flats, elevator zip, float bore or any other special machining needs.
We manufacture all kinds of saver-, crossover-, bit- and lifting subs. Our API certified gages conform and are certified to API 2-7,2008 and range in size from 2-3/8 to 7-5/8 Regular, 2-3/8 to 5-1/2 Internal Flush as well as some H-90, SLH-90, Full Hole and Mayhew.
