Dr. Dave-Gates is client centered and works with each client to identify their goals in counselling and offers treatment approaches that are suited to each client. Dr. Dave-Gates is skilled in a range of therapy approches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Structural Therapy, Family Systems Approach, and Interpersonal Therapy Approach. In couple and marriage counselling, Dr. Dave-Gates also utilizes the work of Dr. Gottman, a leading marriage and family researcher and therapist.
