The Prince George Rod & Gun Club was incorporated on the 25th day of June 1946. The 100 acre site is located west of Prince George on Hartman Road. The PGRGC has an outdoor 100 and 200 yard Big-Bore range, as well as a 50 yard general Handgun range, a 50 yard small bore hangun range, a Small-bore silhouette range, Shotgun and Black Powder ranges and an Indoor Range. The indoor range is used by small bore Air Rifle and Air Pistol shooting in the winter months for practicing and maintaining the basic shooting skills. Range Fees for 2013 Individual Day Pass for Non-Members: $20.00 Day Passes can be purchased at Bon Voyage Sports - 250-964-2669, or from any Director Group Range Rentals: 1 Range: (up to 20 shooters) ½ Day $325.00 7am - noon / noon - 1700 hrs 1 Day $500.00 7am - 1700hrs Consecutive day exclusive use 1 range up to two days $400 per day 2 Ranges: 1 Day $800.00 3 or more Ranges: 1 Day $1250 Regular exclusive use of no more than 3 ranges by up to 20 shooters up to 4 times per month - $1750 per month. Any use requiring more than 20 shooters or multiple-range closing must be approved at least one month in advance by the Rod and Gun Club Executive. An additional 20% fee for over 20 shooters may be assessed by the club. Cancellations of range bookings with less than one week notice will require a payment of 20% of the prescribed fee for the cancelled booking. NOTE: Renters are allowed to use shotguns on ranges rented to a maximum of 20 meters from the Berms.
