A child of nature, I firmly believe that we all have the intrinsic knowledge to heal ourselves, but have simply forgotten how. On my own journey back to health, the path of discovery has been eye-opening and fascinating. Along the way it became very clear that there was a need for more holistic options to be available. To that end, I’ve spent years studying and certifying in the modalities that I found to be the most effective in supporting the body, mind and spirit. My unique combination of experience and training brings clients an honest and clearly different approach to solving their issues. We offer Clinical Hypnotherapy, Equine Facilitated Wellness, Reiki healing, PSYCH-K Balances, Somatic Stress Release, The combination of these highly effective therapies allows us to help our clients be truly successful in making lifestyle changes. We offer two locations - our beautiful ranch location for our Equine Therapies (available April - November) and our downtown Prince George office for our other therapies. We are also able to offer some of our services online, although we prefer in-person sessions. Sessions offered as individual, group workshop or retreat packages. I don't just talk the talk, I have walked the walk and now dedicated to assisting people in reclaiming their health mentally, emotionally and physically using these effective and natural therapies.
