Meet Your Hosts Jon and Vicci Coughlin Previously they owned "Billy's Deli Restaurant" and "Jon & Vicci's Snack Bar" in London, Ontario, the summer of 2004 opened the Pineapple Dining Room to the public. After five years of serving here in Port and over 25 altogether, Jon and Vicci have given up the restaurant business, well almost! The Pineapple Dining room will be open this December on a limited weekend basis, starting with afternoon tea on Saturdays and Sundays in December and then weekend dinners on Friday and Saturday nights in the new year. They still love to cook and now create fudge, chocolates and confections to sell in their retail shop called - "Harbourtown Fudge" located in the driveway at Telegraph House. Seasonal dinners are available for guests during the winter season. Jon's cooking reflects local sources with pan fried Lake Erie yellow perch and great bbq steaks. Jon also makes wonderful soups, which are sometimes available to take home from the freezer. Three course dinners are completed with a seasonal dessert pie from the kitchen from Vicci.
