Laval High School is located in Placentia, NL, and is a part of the Eastern School District of Newfoundland and Labrador. Laval is a grade 7-Level III school, with a student population of approximately 280. Students attending Laval come from the surrounding communities of Ship Harbour, Fox Harbour, Dunville, Jerseyside, Ferndale, Freshwater, Placentia, Southeast, Bond's Path, Point Verde and Big Barasway.
