Dave Mai is the owner and operator of DM Productions and has been in the arts and digital multimedia business since 2005. Dave truly embraces a futuristic mind set. As a creative designer, he seeks to holistically utilize the latest technologies to mold the geometries of perception. Dave was introduced to classical guitar at age seven; at around the same time he made his first recordings on his father’s cassette recorder. After moving to the Okanagan in 2001, Dave worked as a music, audio, and lighting sales associate, and quickly found himself behind a mixing console at live music events. Pursuing his dream of becoming a record producer, he studied audio engineering at The Centre for Arts and Technology, and graduated with a diploma in Audio Engineering. Since then he has worked with world-renowned musicians, and some stellar industry professionals.
