Lori Chamberland has been working with relaxation techniques since about 1985. I began researching ways to combat high anxiety levels because my life was filled with change and uncertainty as a young women and I wanted to feel more grounded and centered. Over the years I’ve studied many different ways to relax the body and mind and I can honestly say that I have found the most powerful deep relaxation and self-care techniques and strategies through yoga and Ayurveda.
