Flyers Cheerleading All-Starz is a competitive cheerleading association with teams competing at the provincial, national and even international level. Flyers began in 2005 with a mission to provide our athletes with amazing and memorable experiences. We aim to teach our athletes good values such as discipline, teamwork, team spirit, great work ethic all in order to help them set goals and achieve them. Our gym is situated at 9233 Thimens street in Pierrefonds where you will find a ton of specialized equipment to help our members better themselves individually and give our teams a safe training space. Our cheer gym is one of the best equipped in the country! We do not only have a competitive cheerleading program, we also have a recreational program, tumbling classes, private tumbling lessons, day camps, and more! We are, without a doubt, the most successful cheerleading association in Quebec. At the Cumberland Martial Arts Academy a student is encouraged to reach his or her true potential by unlocking insights in the science of combat. A beginner is thought to improve power and understand leverage through proper structure, by studying and practicing the first form, Siu Lim Tao, (Power comes from the floor is transferred through the legs, multiplied by torqueing of hips and waist, and delivered by the hands and feet).
