I've been going there for years. My husband works in the United States and they give us the best exchange rate. The staff for has always been nice and friendly and I never have to wait long when they are busy.

Best rates by far. Have never had a problem and I trust them completely. I have been going there for years and they always offer the best rates. I would never exchange my money anywhere else.

Most of the reps there are ok (not great, but ok), with the exception of the male rep. He has no manner, is extremely rude and treats customers like they are a nuisance and he is doing them a huge favor by being present. He tried to shortchange me several times. He gets really irritated that I ask for the receipt and do the recount right there, but if I don't, it's his word against mine and he never admits that he made a mistake. How is such a dishonest and tackles person still has this job. He might not be a reflection of the whole business, but the business has responsibility for the integrity and customer service of their employees.

been calling all morning, voice mail full and no one answers the phone. Just called VIA to complain and was told to 'present myself and to make my complaint to the exchange company'. Present myself? Really? No posted rates, no phone calls answered, this used to be a good place to exchange money, not anymore! From the other reviews similar to mine, it seems others share the same opinion.

Excellent. Give best exchange rates.Though they don't pick up phone but I still prefer going there.
The reason they don't give live rates is because they update the rates frequently to give the best rate. So your quoted rate may change by the time you show up to exchange your money. All the institutional firms widen the spread and build in the volatility at your expense. Trust me on this, I've been in the business 15 years. Do a test for yourself. Take $100 and go to every exchange booth in the city to see who gives you best rate. Now, stop making comments on something you don't have enough information on and wipe that one star grin off your face, uninformed.
Decent rates but I don't trust them

They might offer a better rate sometimes, but I don't trust them. Either they don't give you a rate over the phone or they give you one and when you get there , the rate has suddenly changed (for the worse). Now they refuse to answer the phone. If you want to receive a check, your bank won't be able to contact them. I don't like their business ethics.

Excellent service. Always friendly. Have been exchanging money at this currency for over 10 years and they have the BEST exchange rates in Windsor. No bank or other currency even comes close. They sometimes don't quote on the phone because they are live with the markets and they are not a fixed rate business, this allows them to be more competitive and believe me I've checked around.

Called to get an exchange rate for currency and the business would not provide a rate. When I asked why not they simply replied they don't quote rates. He went on to claim it is the best rate in the city but if they won't provide a rate, how can you compare ? He finally quoted a rate for exchanging $100 CAD to USD. I looked up the rate at my bank and it was a difference of about 50 cents on $100 dollars. This is the only exchange business that does not tell you what the rate of exchange is. He went on to say that they will beat any banks rate, but would not say by how much. I have never seen a company in this business not post or quote rates. Very unusual. He said "just bring down a bank draft and I'll give you a good rate". I prefer to do business with reputable firms who will tell you what to expect BEFORE you transact business.

I agree, the old guy running the business and few years back was a great guy to deal with. The people running it now are very unpleasant. I'll take my money elsewhere.
