Unprofessional management. They have a cleaning plan posted on the bulletin board but they never do it. There’s roaches and mice in the building. They don’t clean the hallways properly, there’s a dead mouse under the heater for a month now. Very gross. Basement hallway, elevator and stairways always smells.

Worst apartment building in Scarborough. The people who are working here is also the worst in their behaviour. They do not have any respect to the tenants. All the tenants are the victims here.

I called this building to ask about the property manager number and i was told that i couldnt have the number and was hung up on they are the rudist people i have talk too just so i can ask a question

I wouldn't suggest moving here the toilets always back up the bathroom ceiling leaks for some reason they were suppose to fix my floor cause water leaked causing it to rise up now for weeks elevator does not go in service so it's a pain to move in or out trust me you would be better off living in a bus shed than here

I've lived in this building for a year and I would not agree with anyone choosing to live here. Management hardly takes care of the inside of the building. The water shuts off atleast 2-3 times a month. The hallways smell of garbage, the stairwells have urine sitting in the for days. The laundry rm is horribilly dirty, your clothes will never wash clean and it is very expensive. There are roches every where in the elevators on the hallway walls and they don't treat the apartments unless you book an appointment, they only do the hallways which I have never seen them do. My shower does not get any pressure, once I turn the hot water on my bocany can not lock. The windows need to be resealed, it's very very cold in the winter.
