I have a structural issue called Spondylolythesis in my lower back, which causes me discomfort more often than I wish. In working with Dr. Michael Buna, he has been able to not only adjust me so I feel relief but also educate me as to what is happening with my spine and give me input on exercises, sleeping postures or daily practises which help me in my day to day living. He is a wealth of knowledge and knows what he is doing.
