Do not move here full of cockroaches and there are a lot of crack heads living here it is not a clean or safe place to live in wish i would have known what i know now so happy that i moved last year

I agree with all the reviews written about this building and its management.When i came to rent iwas given a tour by a nice sales lady whose name is rose and she plays nice to get you in. After moving in,it's been a nightmare. The elevators are always broken and offline,when they do come after waiting they are always going to basement level b1 and b2 before returning to lobby before taking you to your floor,so irritating. the fire alarms goes on at any given time and it oftens does at 2 0r 3am in the am daily and it takes forever to be turned off by fire dept and they make loud announcement on speaker overhead. The underground garages are filthy and looks like no one cares for it,it's full of water leaks in various areas. The lighting is poor and it's extremely cold. The laundry is dirty and door doesn't work and is unsafe to be there late or you may be subjected to being raped or groped by gang like thugs. The apartments are roach infested and fleas infested with bed bugs, the bathrooms leak on floors and rust comes out of pipes when you turn on your taps and it makes a horrible sound when you turn them on and your request for repairs are ignored and they make illegal entry into your unit when you are not home to show your unit to prospective renters, i caught them one day as i sat quietly in my unit.Problems with cable wiring some channels no sound and not digital, garbage chutes stink and broken can't close, they use tape to close up oles in wall. management is unfriendly and just don't care about your repair needs only want the rent.

Thanks for info! I have a special needs daughter and no way am I bringing her or myself into a slum hole! I was ready to rent a 3 bedroom with 3 cars, one being a a 1989 vintage 5.0L Mustang Convertible, it would never have survived! BTW does a Mr. Tanunbaum still live at the building? Thanks again people, I'm heading north!

Roach infested, elevators always broken, firealarm goes off at any given time and stays on for at least 30 minutes, underground parking never been cleaned once in the 5 years I've been there, all the beggars that work the corners in the area live there, there's now a hispanic beggar who hangs out in the lobby asking everyone to borrow $20, and now he even goes door to door to borrow money, car gets broken into every other month in the parking garage, while having a shower the water will all of a sudden turn boiling hot (this happens at least 3 times during an 8 minute shower), the maintenance guy once had to do something in my unit when I was at work one day and he left my door unlocked once he was finished, mailman has left packages on my door step which were stolen by some lowlife that lives here, the current maintenance guy walks about half a mile an hour and does nothing all day,the building is not even wired for digital cable. I can go on and on and on but I think you get the point.

(part 2 of 2) some of the representatives are well kept, but the guy with no teeth and the who cares as long as its not yoiu and me, untill you leave attitude. A man his age and condition looses his front teeth in two ways. 1.) years of cocaine abuse. 2.) got them broken out in prison so he cant bite. No harm done, except should i really trust this person with keys to my apartment?

When I decided to move in, I was fooled by a beautiful view and a very polite sales women. Ever since living here for 4 months I've had a horrible cockroach infestation!!! I've had the apartment sprayed 3 times and the office could care less! The sales women is a lyer and this is not a safe or clean building. The kicker is I pay over $1100 A month! Only to be so embarrassed by the place, I cant even have my friends or family over.
