WORST PLACE. They injured my dog for a simple grooming and I had to take it to the veterinary the next day and pay $150 and is still in recovery. They didn't even give me an apology and just offered free services for future instead paying back something. This is the worst place if you love your dog, DO NOT take your dog there!

Sue is so wonderful with the dogs. My poodle has been going to her for over 10 years and she is happy to go. The quality of her work is show worthy.

Sue is a bit rough around the edges but with the dogs she is great. The first time I took my Yorker there she was very scared, but as soon as Sue picked her up and cooed to her my baby relaxed. They always listen to the style you ask for and the dog looks like a million bucks after her service there.

Sue maybe gruff. But is amazing with her doggie clients. Princess, our silky terrier, has been going to her since a pup. When groomed by Sue she looks a champion. Now as a frail 14 year old Sue still treats her wonderfully and she always comes home looking well groomed and not stressed in any way. Sue is kindness personified when it comes to the way she treats her doggie clients. Thank you Sue for always being there for Princess. Will always recommend your services. You are definitely one of the best .

I have been taking my little snoodle Tika to Sue for many years after trying several other groomers with no satisfaction. Tika was a rescue with many issues, making grooming her very difficult but Sue won her over and has been doing an amazing job for 8 years now. Well now I am moving out of the province and will be very sad to loose a great groomer and a great lady.

I have made the decision of finding another groomer. My mom told me to take my business elsewhere a long time ago after Sue, the groomer with her rude gruff and impatient nature refused to continue to groom my 14 year old frail dog. I saw beyond the rough personality and continued to bring business to her with my new puppy. Well, let's just say I am seeing clearly now and her poor customer service has driven me away to find another groomer. Not so much as a hi how are you, good morning ...after so many of years of bringing my dogs to her. Her receptionist Lorrie is the only gem in that place!

This is our second dog that we are taking to Coco's. The service is great and very personal. Will take this over a high priced place or getting serviced by a teenager who is learning on the job.

Never have been disappointed .. staff is friendly and care about what they do . Take care of each cucstomer as if they were human ..

Ok grooming, reasonable prices, but a HUGE lack of customer service at this facility. The girls are often rude, and talk about other customers to customers waiting. Although it was very convenient location wise, I stopped going there due to the lack of customer service. Will not go back.
