I shopped around to get some quotes on windows and installation costs before settling on Clera. I chose them not because it was such a difference in price – there was hardly any difference between the company’s at all. I chose Clera because of there awesome customer service. It’s a great company with good people skills and that to me is worth more then anything so thanks guys.

I was taken seriously as a customer with all the concerns I had before making a big purchase like ordering new windows when I talked with the sales people at Clera. This actually doesn’t happen as often as you would think it does, I find I always have problems with sales people. But these guys were great, very nice and accomodating. This means more to me then anything, thanks guys

We ordered windows last spring and everything went smoothly in the installation process but the real test came these past few months with the cold from the winter and we are happy to announce that the windows are working perfectly! inside is so much warmer then last winter and i think that just makes us happier. Clera Windows & Doors is the company to call when you need new windows and doors. They installed bay windows in my living room about four months ago and they look great. Everyone always tells me how gorgeous they look when they come over. But they don’t just look gorgeous…they also are made with top quality. They are very strong, so I don’t think I will have to replace them any time soon.

I just want to say that looks can be deceiving. My neighbors had a recent break-in and had their home burglarized when they were away on vacation. The robbers broke right through the front door, which caught me off guard. The scary thing is that our neighborhood is one of the last places you would expect this kind of thing to happen, but I guess that goes to show that your not really safe anywhere. Needless to say, I did not take a second to hesitate and called up Clera. Our new door is rock solid and rated to withstand plenty of force.

I just wanted to offer my two cents worth. This is an excellent company; they have been around for many years, and are one of the best places to buy windows from in Canada. I myself have bought a total of 10 windows from them over the past couple of years, for various purposes. The sizes and styles differed, but the quality did not. If you are looking for a place, I would definitely give Clera a call first.

Clera surprised me with their free estimation service. I was in need of a couple new windows for my kitchen, but didn’t expect them to come out free of charge. The service tech was very helpful and gave me an honest price for the job. Not only that, he also recommended a few options I hadn’t even considered. All in all, I think this is one Clera’s best selling points.
