Would not recommend! Decent response time through email however horrible, horrible service and extremely long wait times for items that are in stock. Same story as other individuals. Prior to placing order I sent an email to ensure that item was in stock. Received a reply within a couple of days saying that it was. Placed the order and received a notification that the order was "processing". They accepted payment the same day that the order was placed. Checked on the status 2 weeks later and it was still in "processing". Sent an email asking for an update and tracking number when/if shipped. Received a reply within a couple of days saying that it will ship the next day. A week goes by then receive an update saying the item has shipped. My order status for the past few days has been changed to complete but I have yet to receive my order. Sent another request for a tracking number. Been almost a month in total and i'm still waiting. For Canadian based company with an in stock item, it should not take this long.

Not honest

Ordered an item listed as in stock. Waited patiently and asked for an update, or if somehow it was back ordered. I was told it would arrive to them in 2 days and then be shipped. Waited 2 weeks. Contacted them, told once again that it would arrive or had arrived and would ship. Waited and asked for an update now over a month after ordering. I am told a third time that somehow it is just about to be shipped by them. I will see if he actually ships tomorrow or I will buy elsewhere. Major delay to my plans.

I am from Alberta, ordered up a Tapco Intrafuse stock, a mag and the extended mag release for my SKS. It took a week to get here which seems reasonable as I am out in a small town and it first had to go through Calgary. I got everything as ordered and could not be more happy with the results. I had seen a few less than encouraging reviews after I had ordered but since I paid through paypal I wasn't to concerned and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I have and will recommend this source to my buddies. My SKS is now really really cool. Cheers

Awful place wish i never orderd from them I called over a hundred times a guy finally answers tells me it should ship the next day its been a month now cant get a hold of anyone and no one will call or email me back

I put an order in three weeks ago and supposedly it was sent out fourteen days ago. The company is in Nova Scotia and I am in Ontario. I still have not received my order and I could probably walk there faster. I have tried to call several times with no answer. I have emailed several times and got one response saying that it was shipped. I was given no tracking number or the carrier. This company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau either. I think I mad a mistake.

Abysmal service. Abysmal response time. Abysmal website...click on "K-9" and it gives you some products that have nothing to do with K-9s.... This company is a JOKE.

I would give a positive review to be fair. It did take a bit long for my order to arrive (roughly 3 weeks after order was placed), considering it's in the same country. After the first week of showing "processing" on my order status, I called the company, a guy picked the phone and explained that the product I had ordered was clearing custom (so it was out of stock) and it will be shipped once it's received. Two weeks after the phone call, my order arrived. Product is exactly as described, pretty good quality. So for those of you waited for a long time, it possibly because the stuff you ordered were out of stock. Oh, BTW, I made two phone calls - one in the morning and one in the afternoon; only the second phone call got picked up, and it was around 3:00 pm mountain time if that helps.

It's been over a month of me trying to receive my order now. Is this company some kind of scam? The amount of complaints is suspicious.

not recomended at all!! stay away from this company,place a order over a month ago,still processing with no answer,nothing at all,very bad service,finnaly decide to cancel the order.

Would give negative stars if could. Placed order. Received invoice, but no other word for over a month. Contacted seller asking for status update & tracking number; no response. After a week, sent invoice # again. Still nothing, not so much as an explanation (backordered, will take longer, etc). So lodged complaint through paypal. Refund same day, so fair to say my previous inquires were received, but ignored. Unacceptable service; will strongly advise against this business.
