Full Circle is a new movement studio in the heart of downtown Okotoks focusing on several different modalities to let you move in all ways. We offer Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Dance, and much more. We have options for drop-in memberships, 1 on 1 coaching, registered series and private events. At our studio, we strive to provide a variety of modalities, perspectives, intensities and levels. We strive for movement to be joyful and embodied, so we teach with choice-based practices accommodating varying ages and abilities. We strive for movement to be accessible and inclusive by teaching classes that are taught through a lens of cultural sensitivity and gender inclusivity. At Full Circle Movement Studios, you will find a focus on both physical and social wellness; we know moving our bodies is important for our health. We know fitness and movement will help us feel good, but we also acknowledge that movement is not the only thing that makes us healthy and connected.
