Cloud 9 Coffee Roastery is committed to offering you the freshest and highest quality roasted coffee you can buy. We use only premium 100% Arabica beans and roast them to their optimum flavour point. All you do is select the bean that meets your personal flavour preference and find your bliss. We'll be working on developing blends down the road, but for now we are enjoying the amazing flavours we are discovering with single origin beans from a variety of countries. Because coffee beans are a crop and subject to changing climate, growing conditions and seasonal harvest times, the type of beans we offer will change from time to time; however, we will always purchase the best Arabica beans available.

Its president, Peter Pesce, is a past Chairman of the Coffee Association of Canada and has played a key role in the development of the national specialty coffee market.
