Russell Auckbaraullee from Penthouse Catering was at the La Main Dans La Main Event on Feb 23rd as a vendor promoting his way and style of food.

After catering to 100 of the Canadian Olympic Team from London 2012., he decided to leave the restaurant life and pursue working for himself and started Penthouse Catering. As a personal chef in Toronto and having the training of running a kitchen as Head Chef and collaborating with some of the top chefs of Toronto gave Chef Russell the confidence to know this venture will succeed.

Chef Russell has a team of skilled chefs that spreads their menu from European, South Asian, Mediterranean and North American.

They use only the freshest seasonal ingredients to create innovative meals, which may also be prepared organic or vegetarian by request. They  start with the best products available for herb infused oils, delicate pastries and meticulously made sauces. They invite you to discover their  unique cuisine full of unexpected flavours, spices and herbs and beautiful  presentation.

You can catch Chef Russell next on March 19 on Rogers TV promoting Mauritius and cooking a fine meal.
