Free seminar for Russian-speaking community, sponsored by JIAS Toronto.

This workshop for parents will discuss topics of discipline, parenting styles, and techniques that can help coping with conflict situations.

Also, we'll talk about anxiety disorders experienced by children of preschool and school age, from the usual fears, anxieties and worries to psychological disorders, such as social phobia (social anxiety), generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
