Radiant Floor Heating - Heating your floor reduces your overall cost of heating, it's proven to be a much more efficient way of heating your home.
Toilet Replacement - Did you know that they have "Dual Flush" systems available, reducing the amount of water you consume, and having it available when necessary. (You may also qualify for a rebate from your local town for the purchase of a new toilet)
Programmable thermostat -If you use it to set back the temperature by 10 degrees for eight hours every night, you’ll lower your heating bills by 10 percent. A  digital thermostat can pay for itself in energy savings in less than a year
Install Ceiling Fans -  In the winter months, you should run your  ceiling fan in a clockwise direction. This pushes warm air up against the ceiling and then down the walls, This technique has been proven to lower home heating costs by as much as 10%. Counter clockwise in the summer.
