I am a Professional Counsellor and Life Coach in private practice based in Nanaimo, BC. I offer Counselling and Life Coaching to individuals and couples in the lower mainland. I currently focus on working with Couples and Youth. I believe that each person possesses the inner strength to heal themselves and my role is to support my clients on their journey. I bring presence, genuineness and compassion to my role along with the effective tools, skills, and in-depth knowledge necessary to help my clients move forward. Originally from Dublin Ireland, I moved to Canada in 2009 where I now live with my husband, daughter and two adorable dogs.
