The Nanaimo Gymnastics School is a not-for-profit society dedicated to foster, improve and encourage amateur gymnastics, sportsmanship and good citizenship. Our mission is to develop an effective gymnastics program, that which maximizes skill acquisition in a safe and structured environment. Our coaches are certified under the National Coaching Certification Program and pursue other educational opportunities to become the best gymnastics coaches they can be. We are a bright and beautiful upper studio located in the heart of downtown Nanaimo, grateful to be conducting our business operations on the traditional (unceded) territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation. Our space is 1100 square feet and we have 16 spots available for our classes for spin, yoga and barre classes. We are here to make your workouts fun, and to facilitate an environment that allows you to connect with others in our community to inspire each other to work a little harder and stay focused a little longer. We just want you to move your body, and challenge yourself a little more with each class - and we recommend a combination of activities for optimal health.
