Preferred exercise equipment used by this Personal Fitness Trainer in Nanaimo….isn’t really equipment at all. I utilize simple accessories that are very simple to use and will yield results that your body yearns for. Like all exercise and exercise equipment, the more intense, the better the results. By simply knowing which muscle groups to target and how to exercise them, a simple exercise accessory can be used. I like that idea and when I discovered how to do this I incorporated them into my programs. This is not bashing gyms and their free weights and hi tech machines, but a very affordable alternative that you can utilize in your home!! Gym versus Your Home I do believe that gyms and weight rooms have their place. They have an abundance of equipment to target any and all of the muscle groups. What I do is a preference. I can work with you in your home or a park. There are many benefits working out in your home: work out at any time, when you want, and for how long you want. no gym memembership fees. your familiar surroundings make for privacy if so wanted. an awesome time saver for people who are always “on the go” All you need is the commitment to prioritize what is important and that for me is my health. I am sure you want to be the best you can be regarding your health and fitness as well. Maybe you just need a nudge, some knowledge of how to go about attaining it, and someone to show you how to get there. You just need 2 other things….a space of about 8'x8' and a willingness to meet the challenge.
