Martial Arts education is so much more than blocks, punches, kicks. Training in the Martial Arts develops focus, self-discipline, stress-relief, fitness, flexibility, and increased confidence. For the last 26 years we have continuously refined our teaching skills and developed our programs to come up with the most complete Martial Arts curriculum. Children's Programs Our childrens' programs are designed to develop focus, listening skills, confidence and discipline while learning self defence in our traditional karate program. Adult & Teen Programs We offer a variety of classes for teens and adults: Karate – Traditional blocks, strikes, punches and kicks combined with the traditional values of the Martial Arts. Cardio Kickboxing – Our Kardio Kicks classes are a fun and invigorating training program designed to challenge you both mentally and physically. We incorporate high intensity kicking routines, upper body drills, and sport specific drills to strengthen your core. This class will help you increase your stamina, coordination, and strength as you learn basic martial arts techniques. MMA – Incorporates cardio conditioning with escapes from grabs and holds as well as ground self-defense, combined with modern applications of strikes, blocks and kicks that enables strong standup defense. Professional Martial Arts Academy serving Mississauga South for over 26 years. We teach all ages from 3-80+ in karate, ju jitsu, cardio kickboxing, tai chi and MMA conditioning. We also offer winter, march break and summer camps, birthday parties, school courses, self defence courses and seminars.

Akai-Take-Budo is a new school in Mississauga for the training of Budo through the Okanawian martial arts. We offer classes for children (4-7; 8-12 years), youth (13-17 years), and adults (18 years and up) during the day and evenings. Karate (Goju Ryu), is the first discipline being taught, and soon, Kobudo (weapons) and Tai Chi. The school focuses on hard work, diligent study, and excellence in its students, with the end goal of being the best student of Budo you can be.
