This is an open source software application, used to manage and publish our scholarly journals. That was developed and released by PKP in 2001 to improve access to research. It is widely used open source journal platform with over 10, 000 journals using worldwide. Public Knowledge Project The Public Knowledge Project (PKP) is an initiative of multiple institutions for open source software and conducting research to improve the quality and reach of scholarly publishing. Today the scholars need the means to launch a new generation of journals committed to open access. That should help the authors to obtain the transformation to open access. Therefore, Consortium Publisher has decided to make our publication open access. We assure the best quality publication by using the Open Journal Systems (OJS).
