Stracor was established in 1998 from the success of a husband and wife team who built and managed small Projects for other people. They saw a need to provide construction to clients in a way that would make them come back the next time because of quality, control and co-operation. Give the clients a product that met their needs in cost, budget, and level of communication, so they wouldn’t have to look to other contractors. That level of care resulted in building a base a clients, consultants, and sub-trades. Over time, the clients asked them to do more and larger projects, provide construction management services, and ensure their requirements around design specifications, cost, quality, and schedule were met. As Stracors’ ability to provide these services grew, so did Stracor. Diversification in clients, types of work done, the buildings worked in and the size of the projects followed.
