Driver refused to deliver an Amazon item on March 6 because driveway not cleared (less than 2" of snow/slush with a little water under it), didn't stop pharmacy from making a delivery an hour later. Driver refused to deliver on March 10, reason unknown, but 'Dragonfly (Intelcom)' was able to deliver an identical Amazon item at 5:30pm that day.
