My therapeutic approach is holistic, considering all aspects of the whole person (physical, psychological, social and environmental). I practice mainly using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (changing thoughts and actions for more helpful results) and Solution-focused Therapy (setting goals and building on existing skills). I also incorporate mindfulness training into my work.
