We feature a great selection of products from our great menu and Smoke House. We smoke our meat, and chicken low and slow over our Texas Blend wood. It is a blend of mesquite, hickory, and white Oak produces a sweet but not overpowering smoke flavor. "Fall off the bone" ribs, BBQ chicken, sweet and tasty pork, and of course the succulent beef brisket. All of our products are served with our specialized sauce made in-house. All dishes feature our delicious house sides. In addition, we serve delicious home cooked meal styles for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
