The Marché de Noël de L’Assomption draws inspiration from the most popular European Christmas markets. Since its first edition, in 2009, it has been very successful, attracting more than 600 000 visitors who lived a unique and magical sensorial experience, thanks to the magnificent Christmas village built in downtown L’Assomption where more than 50 exhibitors come annually to present their products. Visitors will discover treasures crafted by artisans, taste delicious local products, warm up by the braziers, enjoy the traditional mulled wine, admire the stunning illuminations, and be charmed by the music and the cosy and relaxed atmosphere of the site. For almost a month, shoppers will find everything they need for the Holiday Season, from various gifts to multi-course Christmas meals. All the products offered by our exhibitors are made by local businesses and craftspeople who are committed to protecting the environment. All their products are unique.
