You may be feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, angry, anxious, depressed or confused. Sometimes we find ourselves lost and unhappy. It can be a struggle to maintain authenticity, access our abilities and remember our strengths. During these times we need to be supported, encouraged and challenged to either get back to our true selves or to start to create a new, more rewarding life journey that activates all of who we were meant to be.
