All staff working directly with the children have a current first-aid certificate. All staff, students and volunteers must submit to and clear a criminal record check. As a practicum site for the Thompson Rivers University Early Childhood Education Program, the center models and maintains best practice child care philosophies and techniques. Kids Time Childcare Ltd was opened in September 2001 and operates a fully licensed center with qualified staff.
